The company fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture and offers employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across its operations.Job DescriptionThe CNC Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop, implement, and optimize CNC machining processes for new and existing products.Create and maintain CNC programs using CAM software and support machine setup and troubleshooting activities.Design and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce cycle times, and minimize scrap.Select and evaluate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions to maximize machining efficiency.Support new product introductions (NPI) through process development, validation, and production readiness activities.Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve quality, throughput, and equipment utilization.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve manufacturing issues.Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process sheets, FMEAs, and control plans.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts related to machining and manufacturing challenges.Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Apply today for immediate consideration!
