They are committed to operational excellence, quality, continuous improvement, and investing in advanced manufacturing technologies to support long-term growth.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Review engineering designs for manufacturability, tolerances, quality requirements, and cost considerations.Develop and define manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.Determine fixturing and gauging requirements and coordinate design or procurement activities.Create and maintain manufacturing process routes and bills of material within the ERP system.Review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update process documentation accordingly.Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations teams to improve efficiency and product quality.Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities related to production and quality issues.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, workflow optimisation, and schedule attainment.Provide technical support to production personnel and machine operators as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
