Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and refining CNC programs for complex machining operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency in production. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver high-quality parts while continuously improving processes and reducing downtime.

  • Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM tools for multi-axis machining.
  • Optimise tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies.
  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve output.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced CNC programmer with strong technical expertise in machining complex components. You will bring a proven track record in precision manufacturing, along with the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and drive process improvements in a production environment.

  • 7+ years CNC programming experience (multi-axis preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
