The organization continues to grow while maintaining a manufacturing-focused culture where skilled professionals can make a visible impact on products used in demanding real-world applications.Job DescriptionAnalyze engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements to develop machining strategies.Create efficient CNC milling programs using Mastercam.Develop fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions for complex components.Generate setup sheets, work instructions, and related manufacturing documentation.Modify existing CNC programs and fixtures to improve productivity and efficiency.Set up and operate various CNC equipment, including 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers, EDM, and waterjet equipment when needed.Support prototype and low-volume production manufacturing.Create 2D and 3D CAD models from blueprints, sketches, or customer drawings as required.Select and set up tooling, fixtures, and machine parameters.Estimate manufacturing costs, including machining time, setup requirements, tooling, and fixturing.Troubleshoot machining, programming, and production issues.Train operators and provide technical support to manufacturing personnel.Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration activities, and production reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
