The organization combines the stability and resources of a global company with the culture of a smaller manufacturing site, giving employees direct visibility into their work and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionDevelop CNC machining programs using Mastercam for milling operations.Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to create efficient manufacturing strategies.Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and work-holding solutions.Create setup sheets and detailed work instructions for production teams.Improve existing programs and machining processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.Support prototype builds and low-volume production projects.Program and support a variety of equipment including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, EDM, and waterjet systems.Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes on the shop floor.Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to bring new products into production.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
