Known for investing in people and equipment alike, they offer a collaborative workplace focused on precision, safety, and innovation.Job DescriptionDevelop and modifyCNC programs using CAD/CAM software for a variety of machined componentsCreate efficient manufacturing processes to support production and prototype workTroubleshoot machining and quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutionsSet up and prove out new programs, ensuring reliability and performanceGenerate tooling strategies, recommend cost-effective improvements, and order required toolingCreate detailed setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation for shop floor teamsSupport operators, technicians, and junior programmers with technical guidanceInterpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles to machining processesCollaborate with engineering teams to improve design for manufacturabilityIdentify opportunities for cycle time reduction and operational efficienciesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standardsEnsure compliance with safety procedures and manufacturing standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
