Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to support production, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Description

  • Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers to improve productivity and part quality.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T requirements, and manufacturing specifications to create accurate machining programs.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists, and Production teams to troubleshoot machining challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Select tooling, establish machining strategies, and determine optimal cutting parameters to maximize machine efficiency and tool life.
  • Support new product introductions by developing machining processes, program validation, and first-article production runs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and lean manufacturing best practices throughout the programming process

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a CNC Programmer, Manufacturing Engineer, CNC Machinist, or related precision machining professional.
  • Strong proficiency with CNC programming software, CAD/CAM systems, and G-code programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
  • Experience programming and supporting CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machining centers, or high-precision manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of improving machining processes, cycle times, and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Technical degree, machining certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in CNC manufacturing, precision machining, or engineering.
