Their culture emphasizes technical excellence, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and collaboration across engineering, production, and quality functions.Job DescriptionDevelop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision aerospace componentsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specificationsUtilize CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and cutting pathsProgram and support CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other machining equipmentAdjust machine settings and cutting paths to improve efficiency while maintaining quality standardsPerform quality verification and support inspection activities to ensure conformance to specificationsTroubleshoot machining, programming, and equipment-related issuesCollaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on process improvementsDevelop tooling concepts and support fabrication of custom tooling and fixturesTrain machine operators and support personnel on CNC programs and machine operationCreate and maintain inspection records, documentation, and operating proceduresRecommend workflow, equipment, and process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wasteApply statistical methods and SPC practices to support manufacturing performanceEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirementsSupport additional manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
