Known for its relationship-driven approach, strong preconstruction expertise, and commitment to client satisfaction, the company specializes in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, senior living, renovation, and ground-up construction projects.With a strong project pipeline, experienced leadership team, and collaborative culture, they continue to experience steady growth across Massachusetts and Connecticut.Job DescriptionAssist with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid preparation for commercial construction projects.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope requirements.Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing proposals.Support the preconstruction team with budgeting, value engineering, and cost analysis activities.Maintain and organize estimating databases, project records, and bid documentation.Participate in project handoff meetings and collaborate with operations teams.Help prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ground-up and renovation projects.Work closely with senior estimators and leadership to develop estimating best practices and technical expertise.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
