Job Description

The Commercial Construction - Interiors Superintendent - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with managing day-to-day field operations across tenant improvement and commercial interior construction projects.
  • Coordinating and directing subcontractors while maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing issues that could impact timelines or budgets.
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers throughout the entire construction lifecycle.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, trade partners, and internal team members while representing the company professionally.
  • Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining organization, accountability, and attention to detail in the field.
  • Contributing to a team-oriented environment where flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving are highly valued.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Construction - Interiors Superintendent - Charlotte will have:

  • 2+ years of construction experience, preferably in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing interior renovation, tenant improvement, upfit, or small commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to managing subcontractors, enforcing accountability, and driving project schedules forward.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where team members regularly take on multiple responsibilities.
