Commercial Construction Project Manager - Retail

• Coordinate and manage all phases of retail construction projects, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address and resolve project issues, changes, and delays promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports.
• Ensure all documentation, permits, and approvals are in place and up to date.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve project goals.
