Job Description

  • Oversee contract administration, including bidding, documentation, and project close-out
  • Manage project budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and cash flow
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
  • Ensure quality control through inspections, submittals, and punch list completion
  • Support site safety and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7+ years' experience in ground-up commercial construction
  • Track record managing $10-30M projects end-to-end
  • Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, and Bluebeam
  • Strong knowledge of construction disciplines and project delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
