Job DescriptionA successful Commercial Construction Superintendent | CT:Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.Enforce site safety standards and company policies.Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout activities.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project productivity.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
