Job Description

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent | CT:

      • Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
      • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
      • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
      • Enforce site safety standards and company policies.
      • Conduct quality control inspections and oversee project closeout activities.
      • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Consultants.
      • Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project productivity.
      • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Superintendent | CT:

      • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
      • Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, healthcare, retail, educational, or ground-up projects.
      • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
      • OSHA certification preferred.
      • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
      • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction management software is a plus.
