Job Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Superintendent will be responsible for leading site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and project execution
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Drive project progress and proactively resolve field issues
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership teams
  • Ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and construction schedules
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and community stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Ground-up construction experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience within one or more of the following sectors: Religious facilities, K-12 education, Entertainment venues
  • Additional experience in retail or high-end interior projects is beneficial
  • Ability and willingness to travel as projects require, ideally nationally, although regional travel experience will also be considered
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and deliver successful projects
