Job Description

Reporting to senior operations leadership, the Commercial Construction Superintendent will lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects throughout Georgia, with occasional travel required.

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor daily site operations, manpower planning, and sequencing of work.
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively while driving accountability among project teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

For the Commercial Construction Superintendent we are seeking:

  • 3-5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction, although more experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial, industrial, aviation, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and take ownership of project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally throughout Georgia as project demands require.
  • Experience with construction management software, scheduling tools, and project reporting systems is preferred.
