Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities and report to senior operations leadership.

  • Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control measures
  • Conduct site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • Proven experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Background in automotive, aviation, industrial, warehouse, retail, or office projects preferred
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Commitment to jobsite safety and quality execution
  • Stable career history with a commercial general contractor
