Job Description

* Oversee preconstruction, engineering, and field installation of all MEP systems

* Manage MEP budgets, procurement, schedules, quality, and commissioning activities

* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors to meet project goals

* Lead and develop MEP project staff, including performance input and mentoring

* Ensure full compliance with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and codes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

* Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' experience in MEP project delivery

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and low-voltage systems

* Proven ability to manage cost, sequencing, logistics, and constructability reviews

* Confident communicator able to present technical information clearly

* LEED accreditation or sustainability experience preferred
