Job Description

A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY:

    • Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout.
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
    • Enforce site safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to project specifications.
    • Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
    • Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum.
    • Coordinate inspections, permits, and project turnover activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Westchester, NY:

      • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
      • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects in Westchester County and the surrounding market.
      • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics.
      • Experience overseeing projects in sectors such as office, healthcare, retail, education, or mixed-use.
      • Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal teams.
      • OSHA certification preferred.
      • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
