Job Description

  • Supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in place for construction activities.
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial objectives.
