Job Description

  • Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status.
  • Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
  • Oversee procurement and scheduling of materials and equipment.
