Job Description

The Operations Manager - Commercial Concrete will report to senior leadership and take full ownership of the commercial unit's operational strategy and execution. You will play a critical role in driving performance, standardizing processes, and leading high-performing teams.

Lead and develop the commercial operations structure, processes, and team performance
Oversee safety, quality, production, manpower, equipment, and project logistics
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Drive collaboration across estimating, project management, and field operations
Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices
Lead conflict resolution and support a high-performance, accountable culture
Champion company initiatives and ensure communication flows effectively across teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Operations Manager - Commercial Concrete, we are seeking:

10+ years of construction experience, including leadership roles
At least 5 years of experience within commercial concrete construction
Strong background across estimating, project management, and field execution
Proven ability to lead and scale teams in a fast-paced construction environment
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
Solid understanding of safety standards and operational compliance
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
Ability to motivate teams and drive performance across multiple projects
