Job Description

As Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of all field activity across your assigned projects.

  • Direct all on-site operations for commercial construction projects ($10M-$30M)
  • Develop short-term and long-term lookahead schedules to maintain project momentum
  • Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project plans
  • Lead site logistics, coordination, and daily production meetings
  • Maintain strict safety and compliance standards across all phases
  • Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to keep builds on track
  • Manage final delivery, inspections, and client handover

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:

  • 5-10+ years of experience managing field operations in commercial construction
  • Strong track record delivering ground-up or major renovation projects
  • Experience with education, retail, healthcare, or light industrial facilities
  • Confident decision-maker with strong field presence and leadership skills
  • Skilled in scheduling and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously
  • Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
  • Open to regional travel based on project assignment
