Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project updates and site activities.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing ground up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently on-site.
  • Knowledge of construction software and project management tools is a plus.
