Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations on K-12 and municipal projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
  • Lead site logistics in occupied facilities and active public environments
  • Partner with project management teams to maintain budget and schedule goals
  • Drive successful project completion from mobilisation through turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience delivering K-12, municipal, public works, fire station, police, or civic projects
  • Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation work
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, site safety, and subcontractor coordination
  • Stable tenure and strong communication skills
