Known for its family-oriented culture, employee loyalty, and impressive project pipelines, the company combines the stability of a mature organization with the opportunities typically found in a growing business.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Leading all day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects.Managing ground-up projects from site mobilization through project completion.Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, architects, owners, and internal project teams.Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Conducting constructability reviews and proactively resolving field challenges.Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.Overseeing site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning.Maintaining detailed daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.Enforcing quality control standards and ensuring work meets project specifications.Championing jobsite safety and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations.Partnering closely with Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of each project.Serving as the primary on-site leader, driving successful project execution and client satisfaction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
