Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project requirements and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inspect work quality and resolve issues promptly to maintain project standards.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns effectively.
  • Oversee material procurement and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
  • Implement and enforce project plans, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.
