Commercial Superintendent

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations or challenges as they arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and addressing potential hazards promptly.
