Job Description

* Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects.

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics.

* Monitor safety, quality, and project progress to meet client expectations.

* Manage project documentation and reporting using construction management software.

* Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.

* Background in both renovation and ground-up construction preferred.

* Healthcare or AHCA project experience is highly desirable.

* Proficiency with Procore, RedTeam, or similar construction software preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
