Commerical Construction Superintendant

Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.

Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

Identify and address potential challenges to minimize delays and additional costs.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a high-quality product in a timely manner.
