You'll lead audits, close regulatory gaps, and serve as the go-to expert ensuring all products and processes meet ITAR and broader export requirements.

Job Description

  • Lead full implementation and ongoing management of ITAR compliance program
  • Conduct gap assessments and drive remediation across engineering, ops, and quality
  • Manage audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reporting requirements
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert on ITAR, EAR, and export regulations
  • Develop policies, controls, and training to ensure organization-wide compliance
  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain audit-ready documentation at all times

The Successful Applicant

A successful ITAR Manager should have:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on ITAR/export compliance experience
  • Strong manufacturing background (rubber experience highly preferred)
  • Experience supporting audits and regulatory interactions
  • Background in quality, compliance, or regulated production environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive accountability across teams
  • U.S. Person status required (ITAR compliance
