They are investing heavily in compliance, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational processes and influence company-wide operations.Job DescriptionLead a full ITAR compliance gap assessment across operations, systems, and third-party relationshipsDevelop and execute a structured remediation roadmap with clear ownership and timelinesPersonally implement program components, including policies, training materials, and access controlsEstablish and maintain a robust Technology Control Plan (TCP) and documentation frameworkDrive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, IT, HR, Legal, Sales, and OperationsManage compliance tracking, reporting progress, and escalating risks to leadershipOwn export license lifecycle management (applications, renewals, amendments, usage tracking)Review and approve technology transfers, foreign national access, and deemed export scenariosConduct internal audits and continuously improve compliance controlsLead external audits and regulatory engagements (DDTC, DCSA, DoD, etc.)Manage voluntary disclosures, including root cause analysis and corrective actionsDevelop and deliver targeted ITAR training programs across the organizationMaintain and update policies, processes, and agreements in alignment with export regulationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
