With a strong emphasis on safety, innovation, and employee development, they have built a reputation as an industry leader and an outstanding place to build a long-term career.Job DescriptionSupport Project Managers and Superintendents in the planning and execution of commercial concrete construction projects.Assist with project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and material tracking.Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure field accuracy.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Perform quantity takeoffs, production tracking, and cost monitoring.Conduct field inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.Monitor project progress and assist with schedule updates and reporting.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites.Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
