Job Description

The Project Manager will report into senior operations leadership and play a key role in driving successful project delivery from pre-construction through close-out.

  • Lead all phases of concrete construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Manage project financials including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
  • Coordinate with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support pre-construction efforts including estimating, planning, and value engineering

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager - Concrete Construction we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within concrete or heavy civil construction
  • Strong background in structural concrete projects; tilt-wall or large-scale commercial/industrial experience is highly beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and contracts
  • Experience working closely with field operations and superintendent teams
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Candidates who have progressed through the field or trades are highly valued
