Their concrete and masonry divisions are strategically positioned for growth, creating an excellent opportunity for a field leader looking to take ownership, make an impact, and advance their career within a respected organization.Job DescriptionManage all field operations for self-performed concrete and masonry work.Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.Lead and mentor craft personnel, foremen, and assistant superintendents.Conduct daily planning meetings and ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.Monitor productivity, quality control, and project milestones.Collaborate closely with project managers and owners to address field challenges and maintain project objectives.Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.Review construction documents and proactively identify potential conflicts or issues.Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
