Job Description

    • Manage all field operations for self-performed concrete and masonry work.
    • Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
    • Lead and mentor craft personnel, foremen, and assistant superintendents.
    • Conduct daily planning meetings and ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.
    • Monitor productivity, quality control, and project milestones.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers and owners to address field challenges and maintain project objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Review construction documents and proactively identify potential conflicts or issues.
    • Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

    • 5+ years of superintendent experience managing concrete, masonry, or structural scopes.
    • Strong understanding of cast-in-place concrete, foundations, slab work, masonry installation, and related field operations.
    • Proven experience leading field crews and driving production objectives.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • OSHA knowledge and commitment to maintaining a safe jobsite.
    • Experience on commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, or higher education projects is highly preferred.
    • Natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
