• Manage all on-site concrete construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and construction teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
