Concrete Superintendent - Top ENR Contractor - Charlotte

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations for structural concrete projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules and budgets.
• Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and trade partners to maintain productivity, quality standards, and overall project execution.
• Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing site-specific safety programs and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to support accurate and successful project delivery.
• Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, fostering effective communication between project teams, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Perform routine site walks and quality inspections to verify workmanship, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, productivity, and key performance indicators to project leadership.
