An established shell contractor is seeking a Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete and structural operations on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects across South Florida. Our client is a family-owned shell contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex concrete structures for high-rise, condominium, multifamily, and large-scale residential developments. Known for hands-on leadership, fast decision-making, and strong project execution, the company has completed work on more than 250,000 residential units and regularly delivers contracts valued between $5M and $150M+.

Job Description

* Oversee daily concrete and shell construction operations on high-rise and multifamily projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, schedules, and site logistics to maintain project milestones.
* Monitor quality, safety, and productivity throughout all phases of construction.
* Work closely with Lead Superintendents and senior leadership to manage project execution.

The Successful Applicant

* 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in concrete or shell construction.
* Background with a concrete subcontractor strongly preferred.
* Experience on high-rise residential, mixed-use, or multifamily developments.
* Knowledge of concrete forming systems, structural sequencing, and field operations.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
