Job Description

  • Manage sponsorship relationships for conferences and events within the property industry.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities to maximize exposure and value.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to align sponsorship strategies with company goals.
  • Track and report on sponsorship performance and outcomes.
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with sponsorship agreements.
  • Provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future sponsorship strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce & CVent.
  • Ability to go onsite 4 days a week in NYC.
  • Travel up to 20%.
  • Experience with managing sponsorships and event coordination for 6-8 years.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
