Construciton Superintendent - Detroit

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion within the established timeline and budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Provide leadership and direction to the construction team to achieve high-quality results.
