This is full time position with a reputable commercial GC. The first project is a 2 year long large-scale project with multiple medical buildings involved with a heavy amount of electrical infrastructure, millwork, drywall and underground utility work. There is a great team on staff currently and the project is in good standing. Role will be permanently local to the Dublin area.

Our expertise covers a broad range of markets including federal government agencies, and construction of industrial and manufacturing facilities, commercial office buildings and retail centers, healthcare facilities and multi-family communities.

Job Description

Project Oversight and Coordination:

  • Supervising and managing all on-site construction activities: This includes directing and coordinating the work of foremen, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets: Monitoring progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers: Facilitating communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
  • Reviewing and approving project plans, specifications, and schedules: Ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Conducting regular site inspections: Monitoring progress, quality, and safety compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally the right candidate is located in/around/ or willing to travel to the Dublin, GA area daily.
  • They will consider re-locators but ideally someone who is familiar with the area.
  • 1+ year miniumum for consideration assisting on commercial construction projects.
