Job Description

  • Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project progress and quality standards.
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Communicate project updates and challenges to the Superintendent and project team.
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Support in resolving on-site issues and making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
