Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior office projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
  • Collaborate with project teams during preconstruction
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience estimating Class A office projects
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and costs
  • Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
