Construction Estimator - Class A Office

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Class A office construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost projections.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors based on cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor and update project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
