The company has built a collaborative culture where estimators have direct access to leadership, are involved in meaningful preconstruction decisions, and have the opportunity to grow alongside the business.With a strong focus on both project quality and employee work-life balance, this is an opportunity to join a team where you can build your career without sacrificing your time outside of work.Job Description* Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing from drawings and specifications* Develop competitive bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus projects* Solicit, review, and compare subcontractor and supplier proposals* Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives* Work closely with project teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout preconstruction* Identify potential cost and scope issues early and help develop solutions before projects move into construction* Support multiple projects while maintaining accurate budgets, pricing, and bid documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
