About Our Client

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.

Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Analyze project specifications and collaborate with project managers to understand requirements.
  • Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive bids.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost variances.
  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure estimates align with project execution plans.

A successful Construction Estimator should have:
