Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Estimator to grow and develop with their resources and expertise.Job DescriptionPrepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation.Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project scopes and requirements.Identify and evaluate potential cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities.Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.Prepare and present detailed cost reports to stakeholders and management teams.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.Monitor project budgets and ensure alignment with initial estimates throughout the project lifecycle.Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and reliable resources.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
