Job Description

    • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial interiors and public construction projects
    • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed takeoffs
    • Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
    • Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and conceptual estimating
    • Coordinate with project management, operations, and preconstruction teams
    • Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
    • Participate in bid submissions, negotiations, and project handovers

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:

    • 3+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
    • Experience estimating commercial interiors, public, institutional, or government projects
    • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and pricing
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
    • Experience with estimating software, Bluebeam, OST, Procore, or similar platforms
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
