Construction Estimator - Retail Construction

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project details.
• Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs to ensure comprehensive estimates.
• Monitor and maintain project budgets, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project cost estimates and variances.
• Support bid preparation and participate in client negotiations as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and project costs for future reference.
