They have built a strong reputation for managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion, with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and long-term client partnerships.Job DescriptionStrong ability to interpret and navigate construction plans, specifications, and technical details.Communicates effectively and professionally with subcontractors and project partners.Reviews drawings and specifications to identify scope and requirements.Proactively detects and helps resolve coordination conflicts and design discrepancies.Familiar with construction contracts, including key terms and conditions.Supports the preparation of estimates, proposals, and bid packages.Skilled in performing accurate and detailed quantity takeoffs.Evaluates and levels subcontractor bids and proposals.Develops and maintains organized Excel trackers for cost and project data.Assists in building preliminary budgets and project schedules for review.Provides timely responses to subcontractor inquiries and information requests.Participates in site visits and pre-bid walk-throughs as needed.Conducts market research to source and prequalify new subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
