Known for their craftsmanship, collaborative culture, and strong pipeline of work, they offer a supportive environment and clear paths for advancement.Job DescriptionAs a Construction Estimator, you'll play a key role in the preconstruction process, helping to shape project strategy and ensure competitive, accurate bids. Responsibilities include:Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily and commercial construction projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop scopes of workSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingCollaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers during preconstructionDevelop budgets, bid packages, and value engineering optionsParticipate in bid reviews and presentations to leadership and clientsMaintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating toolsAssist in identifying project risks and opportunities during early planning stagesSupport business development efforts with conceptual and detailed estimatesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
